またやられちゃった！！！
I ・AM・ SO・ A・N・G・R・Y！！！
My screwed up boss made me her scapegoat. Again！！！
A stupid & incorrect advice from her, and one of our expats who isn’t even a tax resident here was slapped with a S’pore income tax bill for the 1st time in his entire life.
The moment I opened the letter box and saw that P & C envelope from IRAS addressed to him, I knew I’m done. Somehow, somewhat something must have gone and is going very wrong without my knowledge.
Turned out that, my boss had asked the expat to file for income tax!!! Great… And after all the out-of-the-blue tax filing request and procedures, now he has to appeal to IRAS to have his case reviewed.
The furious expat, irritated by all the hassles flew into rage over the phone, then slammed my department and questioned our professionalism (excuse me, I’m innocent!). His angry email was then met with an irresponsible response, from my boss to ME (why me again?!).
“… … This should be your professionalism to ensure… …”
I should thank her for even acknowledging what ought to be in my profession! So, were my professional advices even consulted in the first place?! I was entirely kept out of the loop while she allowed all these crap to happen.
I did all I could to resolve the issue, apologized to and appeased a disgruntled staff and there she was, not only trying to escape from responsibilities, but wanting to push the blame to others, i.e.ME!
HR (what a disgrace!) who doesn’t even know/ have all the HR related laws & practices at the finger tips! How dare she question my professionalism! Which idiot advised a non-tax resident to file for income tax in the first place?!

Appreciation
This morning I received an email in CC.
A HOD expressed his gratitude for the effort which contributed to his 2 Indian subordinates’ successful training @ our JB factory.
Who liaised with this HOD and the India & Malaysia side? Me.
Who arranged for the accommodation & transportation in S’pore? Me.
Who fetched the 2nd guy at the airport when his HODs aren’t available? Me.
Who sent him to the hotel and took him out for dinner? Me.
Who brought him out for dinner before he returned to India? Me.
And who was the email of appreciation sent to? Mmm…

Status Quo Remains~
Crap. After causing all the hoo-ha, they cleverly brushed it off as a misunderstanding. They shouldn't have tried changing the weighting of Mother Tongue in the first place!
Just because of the handful of kids who're not doing just as well in their Mother Tongue, they tried to reduce the weighting at the expense of the majority who had also put in a lot of hard work but did fine. So, if parents whose kids are doing badly in English complain, are we going to have a lower weighting for English?
What about Science?! And Maths?! I for one had been through a lot because of my lack of talent in Maths. Well, we might as well scrap the whole of PSLE since there will always be kids suffering at the hands of the subjects they're weak in!!!

「裏切りは僕の名前を知っている」放送中！
One great gift I "received" for my birthday is the anime adaptation & airing (in Japan) of Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru (aka UraBoku or Betrayal Knows My Name), by one of my favourite manga artists, Odagiri Hotaru~
Alright, I gotta admit. The animation looks less than what I would have expected of such a loved manga. Somewhat a wee-bit disappointing production from JC Staff who had created real awesome animes such as Loveless. But it's actually not too bad.
Anyway I'm simply desperate. And I'll make do even if it's just slashy (no BL sob sob~) Com'on! Just gimme!!! Oh, their Voice Cast is drop dead awesome~

裏切られた．．．
My friend decided to pull out of our much much much anticipated 2011 North Korea trip. Reasons being, he's gotten a girlfriend. So it's not nice to go on an overseas trip with a girl-friend.
I was less upset than I had expected. I suppose somehow I've been mentally prepared all the while? But still, a sense of injustice overwhelms me. Especially when I recall how my friend excitedly urged me to bring forward our trip... Can't help but felt betrayed.
This ain't the first and it wouldn't be the last...
The Beginning of a Romance Marks the Beginning of the End of Another Friendship.

スケープゴートにされた！！！
This morning I received a harsh call from a manager regarding a certain on-going issue. According to this displeased manager, he only just came to know that the HR has been handling the issue way differently from what he thought the top management had promised his department months ago.
I called up my boss for clarifications. To my dismay, that woman was in total denial of all she had informed me that led to the way I handled the issue. She was even “kind enough” to console me saying she’s on good terms with that manager and will help me out blah blah blah… I wanted to slam the phone on her.
My boss is infamous for making denials and for her absent-mindedness. Intentionally or unintentionally I don't know (but choose to give her the benefit of doubt). Inevitably, I was made a Scapegoat (again?) this time round. I am so pissed off…

Dinner with WeiWei & Yemin @ NUSS Suntec Guild House today.

呪われた日！！！
Reached choir before 12pm only to realise the Voice Training was only for the Basses. I live @ Boon Lay and choir's @ Tanah Merah you know?! What the hell...
The announcement in the forum wasn't clear!!! I thought the guys were having seperate sectionals; the vocal training's for the whole choir! Maybe I'm dumb alright... Pissed off and angry with myself,
I didn't attend choir today.
Coincidentally, the Japanese almanacs on my schedule book said
先負 - Bad luck for first half of the day. (LOL~)
Should've realised! On the way to choir at the bus stop I saw...
That's the Bad Omen!!! (Hahaha...)
And so I wandered around aimlessly (with a heavy bag & aching shoulders) at Suntech and City Link Mall till my dinner appointment in the evening. The dinner wasn't interesting either... It ended up with my friend surfing on her iphone while I browsed through magazines, in awkward slience in the cafe... -_-'''
Then at home, I had the usual boring argument with my Mum about my pathetically boring, depressing and lonely life(style).Why must she always engage me in such arguments?!
Oh what a cursed day... Lord, you must bless me leh...
